At some point during this podcast, I said to Jeff, "OOH God! I can't believe you are going to talk about that here!!". Jeff talks about a "thing" I do - sometimes - where I ask him to give me three reasons why he loves me. And, finally he has come up with one thing he can name. Curious? Listen on!
We're off to the races again, trying to figure out who is more right! Jeff and I have been playing a video game together (Borderlands, Xbox 360) and we run into some stumbling blocks while attempting to play together. Why is it so hard to just speak up? Tune in and find out!
Love to you guys, Robin (and Jeff)

The book I mentioned is: How to Improve Your Marriage Without Talking About It: Finding Love Beyond Words by Particia Love, ed.d. and Steven Stosny ph.d. Such a great read for anyone in relationship

Jeff had a hair brained idea one day to buy himself a t-shirt online. And then, he left it somewhere in the house for (what seemed like) many many moons! Listen as we attempt to figure out who is right and who is less right plus, we talk about why it is so hard to give gifts.
Jeff and I have recorded our first show together! And of course, it has to be about an argument! Well, now you know we are a normal couple with our share of ups and downs, right? In this episode, we talk about an argument we had and how we came to resolve it - with humor! I found it particularly interesting to hear our different perspectives and to find some similarities in how we attempt to make the other person "suffer" when we are feeling hurt! Wishing you all the best, Robin and (Jeff)
Sowing the Seeds of Transformation. There is a lot of talk about bringing change and transformation in the world these days. Lots of us know where we want to go in life, but have no idea how to get there. So how do we make it happen? How do we actually get there? This show I discuss looking at transformation through small beginnings - seeds lovingly sown and carefully tended - which over time, will yield big results.
How Am I Feeling in this Moment and, What Do I Need Right Now? This line is one I use many times in a day. Are you someone who checks in with yourself to see how you are doing to find out what you need from moment to moment? Or are you someone who is "too needed by others", or "doesn't want to know"? You are the most important person in your life. Learning to put yourself first is a powerful practice on your healing journey.
This is the time of year when we make resolutions and so often they are impossible to keep. Join Robin for the discussion as we transform unrealistic expectations into useful tools that will actually improve your quality of life. I am wishing you all a wonderful New Year! I support you in choosing fun, healthy, stress free, easy, wonderful and life-affirming resolutions that feel right for you!
The new year is a great time to call in positive change. So why do we focus on the the negatives, instead? Rather than making resolutions that focus on what is wrong with you- let's celebrate all that is right with you! And, let's find that special something you have been meaning to do for yourself and create a way for you to get to it. We are going to learn to set realistic goals that honor your spirit while learning to make space in your life by setting healthy boundaries. This is the year of YOU!
We continue the discussion about the old stories that unconsciously direct our lives. Let's wake up to our life in the present moment and find our new story with a new outcome and many surprising gifts!

Old Stories act like scripts that unconsciously direct our lives. If we play the same old part, we live in the confines of a series in endless rerun. Lets throw out the old script, write ourselves into a new one - and live in the present day as Hero and Heroine in the journey of our lives.
